The rate at which everyone is trying to have a voice online has become so interesting. Special thanks to all the IT geeks who are developing new apps and software that have made it easy to become noticeable across the world. In fact, some of the content that people create has multiple forms of expression. While reading one of the trade journals of my profession, PRMoment, I discovered that the excerpt of an interview was used as a blog post.
The internet has disrupted publishing, reading, commerce, music, and many other areas. The cost of becoming a media company is so low that you do not need to buy a media license like it was ages ago. Media like WordPress are free, and social media play the role of word-of-mouth in society.
The cost of entry to being relevant in society today is content; if you are not putting out stories, basically, you do not exist! Likewise, if you are not putting out content that is bringing value to people (that makes them think, educate them, or could affect their businesses), the massive volume of content that is being put out by businesses, entrepreneurs, and other content creators drowns you out.
For your target audience to read your content, you need to ensure that the headline is catchy; focus on the user, and use emotions so that they can easily connect, adding to your level of intimacy.
Ensure that you find your message, find your voice and make an impact!
