I have always been enthralled by the word integrity, and I have continued to study men renowned for demonstrating it in their leadership positions, whether national or international figures.

A quote by Dwight D Eisenhover goes thus, “In order to be a leader a man must have followers. And to have followers, a man must have their confidence. Hence, the supreme quality for the leader is unquestionably integrity. Without it, no real success is possible, whether on a section gang, on a football field, in the army, or in an office. If a man’s associates find him guilty of being phoney, if they find he lacks forthright integrity, he will fail. His teachings and actions must square with. each other. The first great need, therefore, is integrity and high purpose”

I encourage you to embrace integrity, as dishonest or immoral acts always haunt.
